What You’ll Do:

• Draft and review critical legal documents, including condominium declarations, CC&Rs, easements, and HOA documents (bylaws, budgets, etc.).

• Manage projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables exceed client expectations.

• Collaborate with surveyors, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Conduct HOA transfer meetings and address administrative requirements.

• Provide expert legal advice on zoning, land use planning, and real estate development issues.

• Attend client meetings, provide updates, and deliver strategic counsel to solve complex real estate challenges.

• Research legal precedents and navigate regulatory requirements to support client

success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education & Licensing: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admission to the WA state bar in good standing.

• Experience: 2+ years in real estate and land use law, with a track record of excellence.

• Skills: Critical thinking, outstanding attention to detail, and strong analytical and

communication abilities.

• Mindset: Client-focused, solution-oriented, and committed to exceeding expectations.
