Miller Nash’s business attorneys bring a wealth of experience when advising the Pacific Northwest's leading businesses. We advise and counsel clients in a wide range of industries, including financial institutions, consumer products & services, technology, and energy. Our clients range from small businesses with strong local reputations to large companies with substantial national and international operations headquartered or doing business in our region. The ideal candidates for this opportunity will have extensive experience with corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and corporate governance, as well as a passion for partnering with clients to meet their goals and providing superior client service.

Compensation: $175,000-$300,000 + Annual performance bonus potential based on established targets for billings, collections, and billed hours, as well as additional discretionary bonus opportunities.
