Rayshaun Williams

Rayshaun Williams is a Seattle-based IP strategist and technology attorney advising AI-enabled and digital-first companies on how to develop, protect, and commercialize innovation. His work focuses on emerging tech like artificial intelligence, machine learning, and digital media, with a strong background in corporate transactions. A Tacoma native and Seattle University JD/MBA graduate, Rayshaun has held leadership roles with the Black Law Students Association and Law Review, and was honored with the Dean’s Medal and the Jeff Robinson Equity and Racial Justice Award. He serves on the Executive Board of the Loren Miller Bar Association and is the incoming Chair of the KCBA New Lawyers Division.

Rayshaun is especially focused on the legal, ethical, and governance challenges of AI-generated content, including its growing role in sports and creative industries. He is a member of the Future of Privacy Forum and is committed to advancing responsible AI and inclusive innovation.
