The Licensing and Administrative Law (LAL) Division seeks two attorneys (one in Seattle, and one in Olympia) to perform a range of litigation and advice, including assisting the Employment Security Department to implement the new paid family medical leave law. These are temporary positions with funding through June 2021; we are requesting to make them permanent.
