The purpose of this position is to provide a full range of civil legal services related to municipal government operations with a current emphasis on Municipal Finance, Taxation, Bankruptcy, and Affordable Housing. General in-house representation to the Community & Economic Development and Financial and Management Services departments on finance, taxation and housing matters. This position may also be required to provide legal advice and representation to other departments of the City, its officers, directors, managers, employees, boards and commissions as needed.

This is a full-time, regular, exempt position. The schedule for this position is M-F, 8am to 5pm.
