Managing Attorney - Blake Team

OPD seeks a full-time Managing Attorney to administer state funds allocated for public defense representation of persons eligible to have sentences vacated and/or to be resentenced under State v. Blake. This is a project position and is dependent on continued project funding. Funding is currently available through June 30, 2024 and a budget request is being made to extend this and other Blake positions to June 30, 2025. Benefits are included with this position. Because of the limited guaranteed time-frame for this position, OPD is flexible in considering candidates who prefer to work part-time and/or remotely. Click here for more information and to apply.
