Bullivant Houser Bailey PC seeks a Labor and Employment attorney to join our Seattle office. Ideal applicants will have at least 6 years specializing in employment law with experience as a first chair attorney representing employers in Washington and Oregon state and federal courts, including disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, wage and hour, and non-compete claims. Applicants must also have experience providing employment law advice and counseling to employers, as well as drafting various employment-related documents such as employment agreements, employee handbooks and severance agreements, plus a solid knowledge of state and federal labor and employment law. Must be admitted to Washington, and preferably to Oregon.
