Labor and Employment Associate

Job Description:

The law firm of Foster Garvey PC is seeking an associate with 1-3 years of experience to join its collaborative and busy Labor and Employment group.  This position will provide the associate with opportunities in both the group’s employment and traditional labor practice areas, working with longstanding private and public clients across many industries.  The associate will support the group’s employment advice, employment litigation, and traditional labor practices, and will work primarily with attorneys in Seattle and Portland.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic learner and collaborative team member interested in exploring all aspects of a labor and employment practice.  They should be a strong oral and written communicator with some knowledge of state, federal, and local employment laws and experience in researching employment issues.  Public entity and traditional labor experience is a plus.

Candidates based in Seattle, WA will be considered.
