Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney

Dorsey is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney to join our Seattle office. This attorney will join a team of dedicated associates and partners in Dorsey’s growing IP Litigation Practice Group. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on complex patent, trademark, and other IP litigation matters in federal courts around the United States. Specifically, you will handle the following types of tasks for complex litigation matters, primarily patent litigation:
- written discovery
- brief writing
- depositions
- trial preparation

The following qualifications are required:
- 10+ years of IP litigation attorney experience

- Significant experience in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings at the USPTO
- A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school

- A technical degree

- The ability to be admitted to the Washington bar
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Top academic credentials

 

Candidates who are also admitted to the California, Texas, or Delaware bar are preferred.
