Corporate Principal – General Corporate and M&A

Job Description:

The law firm of Foster Garvey PC is seeking an experienced corporate partner-level attorney to join its Business Group.  This position will provide the attorney with a full-service bi-coastal platform to attract and grow a wide range of business and corporate clientele as well as the opportunity to provide hands-on day-to-day close counseling of the firm’s existing small and large business clients, and to structure and lead sophisticated transactions in a wide variety of industry sectors.  The candidate will have the opportunity to work regularly with talented attorneys in a wide variety of practice areas across the firm’s five offices.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a strong background providing outside general counsel services to small and large businesses, and extensive experience with merger and acquisition transactions.  Public company, capital markets, securities, and/or venture capital experience is a plus.

While there is a preference for the position to be filled by a Seattle-based practitioner, candidates based in the Spokane, WA, Portland, OR, New York, NY or Washington, D.C. areas will be considered.
